Interview
First applied online, the next day I got a phone call from one HR and scheduled a phone interview two days later. The phone interview is very short and just ask if you know about the company and what position you want to apply for. It's about only 10 minutes. After the phone interview,the same day I received an email for onsite one week later. The onsite interview has two parts, in the morning it has three math,logic,Venn diagram tests. They are very easy and as long as you have basic math knowledge,you will be fine. After the test, they provide lunch which is pretty good. Afterward, there are 3 one to one interviews and each one take 5 minutes.

Interview
Phone interview was straightforward. Asked what you know about the company and why you'd be a good fit for their clients.
Assessment day. This involved 4 Exams testing logic maths etc. 3 interviews with senior staff each asking you completely different questions, one could be more personal, career aspirations, one more technical, why coding, what is it about this industry, one more philosophical, describe success, what would you like to change about yourself etc.
All in all a very testing day but if you're prepared and honest in your answers you'll do well.

The interview with the HR person is just a phone screening to learn more about you in general. Why you went to school for what you did, why you are interested in an IT career, etc. The online skill assessment is mostly logic based and fairly simple if you possess basic analytical skills. The Skype/in-person technical interview delves more into your background and work experience before discussing what is involved in the training program and job responsibilities.
