Interview
I applied online and got a response 2 days later from a recruiter. He asked me a series of short questions (informal) about whether I am willing to relocate etc. Then I did a video interview..it was easy. Noone on the other side so just relax and do it. 4 days later got a reply that I was successful and currently waiting for the assessment day which is next week.

Interview
I submitted my application on line. A few weeks later, I received a call from FDM. This first initial phone call was very casual. I was invited to do the video interview which was 6 questions. I successfully passed the video interview and 3 days later I attended the assessment centre.
The assessment centre only had about 12-15 people there, and we completed the day in a single room (similar to a classroom).
Started off with a short presentation, and then 60 minute Venn Diagram test. This was followed by a tour of the offices. On returning did the next test - 60 minute Aptitude test (hard-ish). For this test I advice you just learn Simple IT acronyms and just apply common sense. Unless you come from an IT degree, you will not know any of it.
We then went to lunch - ended up at Pret, ate in the office eating area.
After lunch it was the final maths test, which was only 30 minutes long. It consisted of simple addition, subtraction, long division, simultaneous equations, Pythagoras, operations of powers, diving fractions.
Then, we had to do our 3 interviews. You get called out in a random order and there are 3 rooms, each room has an interviewer. My experience was that it seemed to be 3 different personalities in each room. One was overly friendly, another was engaging but not friendly, and the final one seemed to not listen at all.
I got a call the next Morning that I was accepted onto the Business Pathway.
Glassdoor helped me out a lot! All interview questions are on here. My advice would to just be confident, dress the part and do the test as best as you can.

Interview
CV application followed by phone call, video interview and finally assessment centre. The video interview was straight forward although it may be a bit strange if you have never done one before since you speak directly to the camera rather than to another person. The assessment centre involved three tests which were set theory/venn diagrams, aptitude test and a maths test followed by three 5 minute interviews. Overall the process was interesting and very informative
