Interview
Applied with CV online and a simple telephone interview with 6 questions. Finally an assessment centre with 3 tests- maths (easy GCSE), venn diagrams (just understand basics) and an IT/aptitude test (most difficult exam.. tips: revise basic IT terminology like SQL, HTTP etc).
Then 3 interviews each only 5 minutes- Degree/FDM and IT/Strength based. Question examples found online and very easy anyway.

A simple phone interview followed by an on-site assessment day. The assessment day is not that hard to pass. You have to do a math test, logic test and some IT knowledge test. Besides that, you have two interviews with both the account manager and the IT trainer.
