Collabera Associate Account Manager interview questions

I was recruited through LinkedIn and then met for a face to face interview. It was more of a conversation than an interview. I had to reach out about the status of my application a week after my interview and heard back a day after that I didn't get it.

I had an initial 30 minutes phone interview with a recruiter, then scheduled an in-person interview for a 1 month later. It got rescheduled at the last minute to a few days later. I went in and spoke with the same recruiter from the phone interview for about 10 minutes, then one of the Account managers for about 15 minutes. It was very relaxed, they are mostly just looking to see if you have the ability to hold a conversation and connect with people, as the job is like 95% networking. Just don't be awkward.
