I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Collabera
Interview
1 phone screen, 2 in person interviews and the recruiters followed up immediately. They look for positive energy and willingness to go above and beyond. All of the managers I spoke with want to know about you, not much about previous experience. Can you hold a conversation?
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (San Jose, CA) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process can be quite lengthy but quick. It first starts off by speaking with an internal recruiter. That is later followed by an on-site interview with the Sales Manager and other Account Managers on the team. Next round is a lunch (we do this to see how you would interact with clients). If all goes well the last interview is about 2 hours with the Regional Sales Manager.

Interview
I interviewed in Troy, MI once and then drove to Chicago, IL once on my own dime. the interviews were very easy and made to seem like everyone was really interested in you. Daniella Hartigan was, at first, very helpful in prepping me. After I interviewed in Chicago and the team told me they would let me know soon regarding the position, I was completely ignored. I emailed Daniella personally twice and she never responded. They were very unprofessional and rude.

Question 1
Simple sales interview. More about making connections and showing excitement than the actual questions.
