I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Collabera (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
3 separate interviews, two in-office, one happy hour/lunch. Overall, a very good experience with very credible and intelligent employees. Intense work environment with payoff if you're willing to put in the work.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera in Mar 2016
Interview
I did an on campus interview through the career fair at my school, then had a 2nd interview in the Irving office and a 3rd interview in the Irving office again. Seemed like a great company but the pay seemed low and it looks as though they made the office more enjoyable than what it really is.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Collabera (Southfield, MI) in Apr 2016
Interview
Phone interview-easy. Moved on to face to face. Was told I was going to be interviewed by 2 or 3 people. The corporate recruiter gave me the LinkedIn profile of one of the managers that was going to be interviewing me. I studied his profile, made up some personal questions for him-he did not show. Was interviewed by another account manager who was a D bag. Very high into himself, certainly did not want to be there interviewing me. He went to go get another manager to interview me and they were also not into the office. Overall was a terrible interviewing experience and I wish I would have talked to someone who actually wanted to seek interest in me.
