I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Collabera (Nashville, TN)
Interview
I had a screening call with an internal recruiter, met with the hiring manager at the office, and had lunch with the hiring manager. Overall, everyone was great. I loved my internal recruiter - she was beyond helpful and friendly.
I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2018
Interview
It was rather to the point and very friendly. They are eager to fine tune your strengths and put you in a position of best success as well as to make the most money.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Dallas, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
I was contacted through a social network and had back and forth emails with the recruiter. We had a 20-30 minute phone call where we scheduled an interview for the following week. I went in and had a 45 minute interview with the sales floor manager. All seemed fine and I thought things went well. I was told I would hear back regardless. After 2 days of nothing I reached out and 2 days later the manager who interviewed me didn’t even respond to me, the original recruiter did. Very unprofessional and after doing more research I’m glad I did not get the position.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why I was interested in the company. They love diversity, and they like to have questions asked (or so my recruiter said)
