I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera
Interview
Phone screen asking about basic background and experience. Recruiter was unprofessional (swearing over the phone, talking about boyfriend, etc.). In-person interview was also unprofessional and felt like I was walking into a Greek life scene. Everyone was in their young 20s and attractive. Interviewer complimented my outfit instead of getting to know me? She talked the entire time and it was the strangest interview I have ever had. Was not offered travel compensation even though I drove over 7 hours for a 40 minute "interview".
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Redmond, WA) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview is a breeze, seriously. There will be a couple Account Manager stooges present to feel out your interpersonal soft skills and skim over your resume. As long as you have a Bachelor's Degree and are not on the spectrum you're in.

Question 1
What kind of energy do you bring to the workplace?
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Collabera (San Diego, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I interviewed at the San Diego office. The interview was very long and seemed mainly about the company instead of getting to know myself. They also kept on saying how it was an entry level position then kept asking what kind of sales experience I have had.
