CarMax interview questions

I went through two interviews that were both over the phone. One was with the recruiter (who was very nice), and the other was with a manager (also very nice). After my second interview, I was told that I was going to get "set up with an on-site"; however, a week later I received an email saying that I was rejected. I'm still not really sure what happened because the second interviewer seemed really excited about me as a candidate. It might have been a lack of communication. Either way it wasn't very professional.

The interview process is meeting the entire management team and answering questions about previous employment. My interview was very lengthy—it took 4 hours! Be prepared to comb through your resume and answer any discrepancies.
