CarMax interview questions

Put in an application online, and emailed a sales manager expressing interest in the position. Was given a 15 minute phone interview and then was scheduled for an in-person interview a week later. Went to the in-person interview, and waited for 30 minutes past the scheduled time since the sales manager was busy. Spent an hour with the sales manager asking basic questions and having a conversation about CarMax. Overall, an easy experience and the interview questions were not hard.

Spoke with General Manager and three Sales Supervisors. Simple, straight forward questions. Turnover is in excess of 100% so if you are drug free and breathing, you should receive an offer.
