CarMax interview questions

Had an initial interview with a recruiter, then a sit down with a team leader. Both were pleasant. Followed up multiple times after. Tried to be a grateful candidate, received no response or reciprocation. Seemingly decided I wasn't the person for the job, then discarded me. I was initially attracted by their corporate values of doing the right thing and putting people first. Turns out that's lip service. CarMax, whether someone is your top candidate or not, they deserve to be treated like a human and offered the dignity of updates/communication.
