CarMax Sales Consultant interview questions

I had a disappointing experience with interview process. After submitting an online application, I was contacted by a hiring manager/recruiter who scheduled a 20-minute phone interview for a specific date and time. Unfortunately, no one called at the agreed-upon time, and I did not receive any communication explaining the missed interview or offering to reschedule. A few days later, I received an automated rejection email. The lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process was frustrating. If a company chooses to move forward or not move forward with a candidate, at least a basic courtesy and timely communication is expected.

Started with a phone screen with a sales manager, then for the in person interview there was Q&A and then a role-play scenario. They wanted to see how you build rapport with people and whether you could make tailored recommendations.
