CarMax interview questions

The interview was a positive experience. The first interview was a phone interview and afterwards they asked me to come to their location for an in person interview. Two managers interviewed me and asked me behavioral based questions and wrote notes for my answers. In total, the process lasted about 1 hour. The total hiring process was quick and took about 1 week after I applied.

The interview was a three step process but very easy. The first step was the basic interview questions. You pass that part then you have to do a mock sale with another worker. Then you get the final sit down, then you will be offered the position if all goes well. Everyone was very pleasant and i can not wait to start working with them.
