I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CarMax in Jan 2021
Interview
Lengthy over 100 questions on behavior, then pattern recognition questions and background question. I guessed I passed as they asked me to interview with two senior technology persons. Although the role was for a .NET developer most of the questions were about Azure. They seemed quite disappointed that I did not have more azure architecture dev ops experience particularly with scripts to run setup azure services. They should have been looking for an azure architect developer and not a .net developer. Absolute disconnect between recruiters and interviewers.
