CarMax interview questions

Interview consisted of applying online, followed by an abstract multiple assessments consisting of surveys, general reasoning, and math problems. After that, there was a phone interview with the recruiter. And then after another phone interview with one of the members of the team. The whole process is extremely long and honestly atrocious. The fact that you have to take so many assessments just to speak with someone is crazy. On top of that the interviewer literally read a math problem through the phone while I had to use pen and paper without a calculator. I would highly recommend individuals to stay away.

Following that, there was a phone interview consisting of behavioral questions with one of the hiring agents. Following that, there was a case study, mathematical question heavy question asked. Honestly speaking, this process is atrocious and I would highly not recommend for any one.
