CarMax interview questions

The interview was amazing! I met with 3 managers, they asked a lot of questions and wanted SPECIFIC details. Overall I found the energy to be very lively and enjoyed the experience. We also did a simulated vehicle selling exercise which was quick and super easy. One thing I will mention that stood out the most to me was one of the managers saying they only hired a specific type of person... I suppose I fit that description because I walked out of the door with my drug test done and my offer letter waiting to be accepted in my email.

Phone screen and then call with the hiring manager. Mostly technical, did not like to talk about Circuit City, the parent company. Interview lasted an hour, did not hear back from the recruiter after that.
