CarMax interview questions

After applying online and taking personality and critical thinking tests had a 30 minute phone interview with recruiter followed by a 45 minute phone interview with technology manager the next week. After second interview they moved forward with other candidates.

Initial application has you walk through a "fit"/behavior test, as well as a logic/IQ test that takes a good while (50-100 questions). If you pass those, there are three rounds of interviews: screening with HR recruiter, behavioral/background, and then final round. Final round is two interviews back to back, one with technical questions, and one with behavioral questions (technical geared).
