The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CNBC (Fort Lee, NJ) in May 2012
Interview
Took about a month between the first time the recruiter communicated of the hiring manager's interest in my resume and the phone interview. First a generic description of my background and walked through my work experience, The manager then described the group and products including the one I was interviewing for in terms of the challenges and my brief experience with the product. The interview seemed to have convinced the interviewer of my strategy approaches to get through the hurdle, but the manager was reluctant to continue talking with me based on my extended period of unemployment.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CNBC in Feb 2010
Interview
Long process, I was interviewed in total by more than 4 people including HR. Got job through an agency. Everyone was approachable and welcoming. I had a nice vibe for the company from the very beginning, nice people and nice atmosphere (I was coming from a company where the CEO would even shout at people at the extent of making them cry). Interviewers were open about questions on the work culture. But the TV studio in the office sealed it for me.

Question 1
Usual questions on my previous experience. They didn't seem the kind of employer who asked tricky or difficult questions.
