I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CNBC (Singapour) in Apr 2013
Interview
I submitted my resume online and received a call about 1-2 weeks later for a face to face interview. The interview was fairly simply and straight-forward. It lasted for 30 minutes with basic interview questions such as "tell me more about yourself" and "tell me about your previous work experience". I fared well and received a call informing me of the job offer 2 hours after the interview.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CNBC (Englewood Cliffs, NJ) in May 2011
Interview
After my agency setup the interview, I met my representative in front of the CNBC building then was brought up to talk to take a quiz and talk to 3 different people. The quiz was about CSS, Javascript, and HTML5 which was rather easy. Following this I spoke to 2 programmers who asked me basic questions about javascript and jquery followed by my direct manager at the time who wanted to know more about past projects and how I work as part of a team.
I found out about getting the job later that night, it was overall a pleasant straight forward process.
