I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at B&Q (Sheffield, Angleterre) in Mar 2016
Interview
I applied online and received a phone call a few days later to schedule an interview. The interview itself was quite informal and the manager was really friendly. I had to answer a few standard questions but the rest of it was just general chit chat. They called me a week after the interview to offer me the job.
