HR first sent out a email invite to set up a time slot for a video interview, they gave potential questions that might be asked and try to help you prepare. The actual video interview was with a potential coworker, asked a lot of value questions, trying to understand my background and what makes me tick I think. The interview went a full hour, ran out of time.
I was able to understand how Amazon run their customer success activities but unfortunately there wasn't any feedback on the no offer.
