The interview process is overly complicated and requires too many steps. First you are invited to take a skills test. Next you interview with one person from the team. If you pass those two parts , you then interview with 5-6 people including a “bar setter”. It takes up way too much time.

A long computer test, then a screening call, then another call, then a block of panel interviews to finish the process. The panel were with people unrelated to the position you're interviewing for. Two of my 6 seemed completely disinterested in doing an interview. They are keen on asking for feedback but have a policy of not giving any to candidates

Phones screen was straight forward but pretty rushed and not personal at all. Interviewer got straight to the point and moved from question to question pretty quickly. It was not a comfortable of an interview as it could have been for something so early in the process.
