ADP Implementation Consultant I interview questions

Received an email to schedule a phone interview a couple of days after applying online. Phone interview went well and they asked general questions about my background and why I wanted to work for ADP. About 2 days later, I received a phone call from the recruiter stating that they were ready to move me to the next round and schedule a second interview. An hour later, the recruiter called back stating that they've already filled the position and will need to cancel the interview. I find that extremely unprofessional and disorganized.

I was emailed to setup and interview. It was very easy to schedule it via a website. The recruiter was prompt but kept interrupting me while repeating what I said to type her notes. After the interview she said I would hear back in 5-10 days and it has been 15 and I still haven't heard anything either way.
