I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (Elk Grove Village, IL) in Aug 2012
Interview
Adp has been the quickest company I have received interview from. From the initial phone interview with the recruiter to receiving a schedules interview with the hiring manager (within a few days). And finally to adp making their decision and advising me they have selected someone else.

Question 1
To be honest this hiring manager was very good and did not throw out any of those difficult or unexpected questions... We talked about me and all things I could answer very easily
I applied for a position via the portal. I was called by a recruiter for an initial screening, then had a phone interview with hiring manager. Next was a phone interview with two team leads, then finally an in person interview with two managers. Everyone was pleasant and supportive along the way.

Question 1

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADP (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2009
Interview
A non-technical employee asked basic technical weed out questions that covered the basic job duties required. Though the questions were very easy and basic it was difficult to respond slowly enough for the interviewer to type each answer verbatim. For instance, the interviewer would ask "How would you troubleshoot connectivity between two hosts?" After rattling off step by step how to troubleshoot and then having to slow down and repeat each word my answers would become increasingly succinct, "use ping".
