Interview
Process took about 2 weeks. I applied on Tuesday & was sent a phone screen invite via email later in the day on Tuesday. My phone screen was Thursday and pretty much just went over my experience to see if I was a good fit. Received an email on Friday to move forward with with a virtual interview with 2 managers the following Tuesday. The Tuesday interview were typical STAR method questions so I’d prepare yourself if you’re not used to that. After the 2 managers I was asked if i was able to meet with the director right after for a few minutes. He pretty much just wanted to get to know me and my background. After that, I received a follow up call/email to do another interview with the team lead on Thursday where we talked about my experience and how I dealt with certain situations. I also got to ask him anything in regards to the position. Then, I was offered a position Thursday evening. Overall, the interview process was very smooth and well put together. My interviewers were all extremely nice and easy to talk to. I’m very excited to start my new career with ADP.

I applied to this position on Aug 6 and got an email for a phone screen same day. Phone screen went well, interviewer asked about my past jobs and "what would you do" situations. Interviewer explained what would happen next. I got 2 assessments on Aug 16, took them same day and havent heard anything yet. Its Aug 20. All over good process.

Question 1
Interviewer asked me to explain a time where I had to deal with a difficult customer
They had scheduled a long 90minute interview with two different managers. I withdrew my application due to the hostile environment they created mind you it was virtual. They don’t know how to talk to people get more like an interrogation rather than interview. After I withdrew my application they said asked me if I had withdrew it and replied with “that’s too bad” overall VERY unprofessional.
