ADP Associate Client Support Consultant interview questions

The interview was conducted in STAR format. The recruiters were easy to talk to and shared information both about themselves and the role. In turn, they asked me about myself and how previous roles intersected with the Client Support Consultant. They shared information about what would be expected and the metrics involved in the role. The training period is 8 weeks. Given the tenure of the senior recruiter and the fact that pizza was being delivered while I was waiting for the junior recruiter, it appears that getting hired would be an amazing coup and opportunity.
