ADP Associate Client Support Consultant interview questions

Typical interview. They give you information about the role and the company, then they ask you to introduce yourself and ask some questions about your goals etc. Then you do a traditional STAR interview. Then you listen to a phone call and state your opinion on it, and write a follow up email to the “client” and you get 5 mins.

The interview was pretty long process. I had to complete 2 interviews and when those were completed, they felt that I would be better suited for another department so I had to do another interview. It took over a month to complete just the interview process not including wait time after I applied to the job.
