Pros

If you've ever worked for a true family company, then you know what I'm talking about. If you work there, they want you to succeed. If you are their Customer, they want to give you a great buying and driving experience. Training, constructive feedback, positive feedback (celebrate small successes), case studies, game film all the tools you need to succeed. You wake up in the morning and look forward to work. Fantastic.

Cons

There are some, no place is perfect. But whatever cons that there are, they are willing to address.

I have only been with DS for a couple of weeks now, but they have an awesome team here. Everyone I have encountered has been very friendly and made me feel like a part of the tribe. Very competitive compensation plan a family friendly schedule usually you have to sacrifice pay for that here you do not!!! Wish I would of found it 6 years ago when I first got into sales!!

Pros

It is great to work a company that is growing as fast as this one is. It creates so much opportunity for everyone . It also forces you to stretch to develop the skills that are needed at the next level. It is also rewarding to work at a company that has such a generous spirit and strong culture. I have worked at many companies and all of them claimed to have core values and a meaningful mission. However, no one could easily tell you what the mission or values are, let alone live them. They were just words on the wall. What bound the employees at these company is shared self interest, not a shared mission.

Cons

I am not a big fan of orange.
