Driversselect is not a car dealership. Yes, we sell cars, but we are a CARE dealership! This company is very similar to a good wine. It gets better with age. When I joined the company, I stressed that I didn’t want to be just a number. Most people in the working class spend more time at work than they do home. That fact made it very important that I chose the right company to give my time to. Early on I knew that we (Driversselect and myself) were a perfect fit. In the last year and a half, I’ve seen some really amazing things here! It’s no secret that we sell a lot of cars! It’s no secret that we are considered one of the best places to work in Dallas! It’s no secret that Steve Hall is a phoenominal leader! It’s no secret that we continue to break records! The question you may be asking yourself is .... “is this all real?” When I started with the company, we were good. We got better and now we are the BEST! There’s one secret and that secret may be in you! You could be the next piece that allows us to be even greater! So many companies reel you in with benefits, success stories, and many other things to build their numbers. This isn’t that type of company. This is a “Tribe” of like minded individuals whom show up for one another everyday and really get to live the core values. Yes, it all sounds too good to be true. We wear T-shirts which are very comfortable, but I would like to wear a shirt that has moisture management because of the high temperatures.
