I’ve worked here now for 2 years this month. I’ve been given a number of opportunities to grow in my career, meeting some pretty awesome people, and make a good living. I have enjoyed my time here so much, that I suggested to my father that he should give the company a try. He’s been here 3 months now and is amazed at what he has seen. I even saw him sending pictures and videos to his brothers during our monthly kickoffs in disbelief of what he has been experiencing. I recently had a life changing even happen where my wife found out she was pregnant. I wanted a change of pace from sales so I could have a more regular schedule since my wife worked nights. I went to management, and explained my situation, and in time, (thanks to the tremendous growth in our company) an opportunity for me to make a change was presented to me. I’m thankful for the people here and the people in charge. They really do what they can to make things happen for you, when they can. And when they can’t, you still feel good because you know they did everything they could to help you. I couldn’t be more happy in my new role, I feel as though I was able to make an impact early on and that I am able to continue to do so everyday. Plus my boss is Sullins, so everyday is like an 80’s movie with that guy.

I have been in the car business for 17 years and I was lucky enough to join the driversselec tribe 3 months ago. I still Can’t belive that such an amazing place exists in the car business. We are not employees we are family. Not only are you allowed to be your self you are encouraged to do so. It does not matter if you are the president of the company or Sales support every one treats you with respect and is Genuinely happy to see you every day. We live by our core values and we infect the work place with care. We work hard but we have a lot of fun. I wake up every day excited to go to work because I know that no matter what happens it will be a great day. I have never worked with a group of people that cared so much about my growth and development as a leader and our over all success. Working here has not only changed me for the better but also my family. I am much happier and less stressed then I have ever been and that makes for a much better home life. So to sum it up, I love being part of the tribe!!!
