Unlimited earning potential, resources to grow professionally, and the leadership actually cares. I started at driversselect 3 years ago and left for about 6 months to work at a company that is the best in there industry with a global presence, and unlimited resources. I realized very quickly that driversselect was something special and I had to get back. After reaching out to the GM he gave me the opportunity to rejoin the tribe. I have been back for 6 months now and I do not regret my decision. The people here are the best at what they do and are continuously improving. Every month we shatter sales records and this is done by focusing on improving each day. I have very well trained leaders around me that help me improve every little task that I work on each day. This in return has helped me improve each day I work and my pay check continues to be a reflection of my improvements. Everyone is positive and loves to come to work. The environment is wonderful to be part of and I am actually happy when I come in to work.

Pros

After almost a year at driversselect I needed a change. I was in the wrong job (for me), but when I talked to a manager he found me an opportunity in a different department. Now here I am in a job I love, stress reduced to ZERO, and I can't wait to go to work every day. While struggling, I had some offers from other dealerships but turned them all down to stay with driversselect. I could never go back to work at a traditional car dealer again.

Cons

No cons, even while transitioning to a new store 30+miles away. It's a well-oiled machine

I've been in the car sales industry for two years now, and all I can say is WOW. Driversselect isn't your typical dealership where you are always worried about how much money you're going to make, because from day one you are taken care of. The tribe is something you will not find at any other dealership let alone any other work place. If you want to be in a work place where you are treated with respect no matter what your job title is or are tired of worrying about being yourself then Driversselect is the place for you.

Cons

Not a fan of orange and shirt quality is low.
