      Pros

      The work is varied and challenging, which keeps things interesting! The team is knowledgeable and supportive. The benefits are great - including parental leave if you are growing your family. PTO rolls to the next year if you don't use.

      Cons

      The work from home policy is lacking (there isn't one).

      Pros

      Traditionally-structured software company. Nice people and nice location. It's a safe company to work for, as they have a large market presence and a large company size.

      Cons

      In the experiences of myself and several friends and co-workers, there was not much opportunity for growth or promotion. Although employees in other departments may perhaps have a different experience. I also found that the management was not open to new ideas; they like to keep things safe and familiar. They were also behind the curve in utilizing new technology, although perhaps they have improved on that in more recent years.
