Pros

This is a company that truly cares for and takes care of its employees. They treat you well and are genuinely interested in holding onto all of their people. Whenever the business shifts, they always attempt to retrain people rather than let them go.

Cons

Company is growing very quickly and struggling to grow their staff as fast as their business. This isn't necessarily a bad thing though. Need more work from home opportunities. This is a common feeling among most of the employees. Just read any of the glass door reviews.

You're right that we are growing quickly and our Recruitment team is always busy looking for strong applicants. We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying the amazing culture in the Atlanta office. We strive to maintain this culture throughout all of our offices worldwide. While we do have specific requirements about working remotely, who wants to work from home when you can work with great co-workers all day? We appreciate you taking the time to write a review

Pros

Company is built to last. Decisions are really truly made to benefit clients and employees. From all my interactions, people are really collaborative and helpful, with little ego. I also think it's a good place to have a strong career, given all the different offices and products and the company's continued strong growth.

Cons

It could be a little more proactively forward-thinking on certain things. An example with benefits--many employees are not allowed to work from home currently. The benefits overall are very generous, but sometimes it takes the company a little bit to get to where other high performing software companies are.
