Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are fortunate to have wonderful employees and a great work environment. All of our salaries are benchmarked each year against national averages and salary is only one component of your overall compensation, along with paying 100% of your health care premium, a FSA plan, 401k, profit sharing, bonuses when deserved, etc. Your comments about attracting, recognizing and keeping talented and passionate people are well-taken. We hope you are one of those people! A few months ago we began an initiative to do exactly that. While it may take some time for full effect, we hope you will see results soon.
