Pros

I don't fine anything good about this company.

Cons

It operates like a government office. You will find employees working here since ages with motivation to grow. Even at this time,the company follow 8 hr culture and track time of its employees. I was here for more than a year and thankfully could quit earlier as did not find anything as a value addition over here.

Pros

Health insurance, great benefits, I feel like my team does a great job of making us feel appreciated (peer recognition awards, monthly team awards, etc)

Cons

We are losing so many great team members due to better pay at other companies. I really feel as though yardi has not taken inflation into consideration when it comes to pay. Those of us who are staying loyal to yardi are feeling overwhelmed with work because of the constant rotation of people leaving. It seems as though they are hiring new employees at better wages than existing tenured employees. Our employees are feeling unappreciated and over worked. In addition, the rules with “distance from office” just aren’t making sense. Yardi isn’t hiring people who live a few hours from the office but current employees are moving hours and hours from the office.

While we have experienced turnover, we continue to hire and have found some wonderful candidates that appreciate the stability we offer as well as our focus on work/life balance and opportunities for career advancement. Pros

Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Cons

No work life balance, you've to work 12-14 hrs everyday, even then they call you to work on weekends. Team is very small, need more people but Idk why they won't increase team size. Salary is low as compared to working hours.
