Pros

Health, dental, and profit sharing. Skills will grow extremely fast.

Cons

Work life balance is busted. - 9-10 hour days M-F. - Consistent weekend work. - Near impossible deadlines. Very low pay. Abusive treatment from management, especially to employees on H1B. Encouraged to never have personal conversations with co-workers. The reviews without cons are most likely fabricated.
