Employees have annual reviews with their managers to discuss goals and performance as well as opportunities for advancement based on contribution, and we often see healthy salary increases as our employees grow in their roles with Yardi and increase their subject matter knowledge. Benefits (insurance, 401K, profit sharing, bonuses) + team members (aside from management)

Cons

Management is terrible (micromanaging/unrealistic expectations), no raises unless you overwork yourself, rude clients, other departments treat us badly, machines don’t work half the time, stressful/no work-life balance, not disability friendly position, toxic corporate culture
