Our Yardi trainers strive to set employees up for success by providing fundamentals and quality training material for each employee as they onboard. Once a new employee completes training, they work closely with their new team in a collaborative environment and are encouraged to ask questions and provided ongoing support as they develop their product knowledge skills. Time spent supporting clients is captured so we can ensure that our clients’ needs are being met and the team is staffed correctly. Logged time includes training, peer and client support, as well as personal time.       Good company for retirement

      Pros

      There's access to the terrace and you can have a nice lunch there. You can sleep at the office during work hours. As long as you bow your head and are fearful you'll have a shiny long career up to retirement. Good medical insurance.

      Cons

      Monitoring is up 100%(even from home), check-in and check-out up to the second. The coffee break is good as long as you are in the office space, if you wanna also grab a cigarette, then be prepared to count it down each time you go outside for that. Lots of senior staff that makes it look like they are working hard and on impossible tasks, but they don't even know what they are doing. There's a "we can do nothing" approach from the upper management. You shall fear everything and be scared that if the top management is in the house you might get asked what you are working on. Lot's of perks and nice things until you get to discover that you need to bury yourself in paperwork and basically the new perks and nice things have lots of constraints. Salary raises are not even close to jokes, they are offensive at the level that inflation is bigger than what you might get as a raise.

      It sounds like you were frustrated when you left the Cluj, Romania office. We have seen many reviews from other employees in the Cluj-Napoca office whose pros include amazing co-workers, supportive management and good office culture. Promotions and pay raises happen consistently throughout the company and are closely monitored. As with most strong companies, salary increases, and promotions are based on performance metrics. Best of luck in your future.
