      Poor company for techies, No scope of growth

      Pros

      Good teammates who help you because they know you are stuck in the same sinking boat as them.

      Cons

      Overbearing and biased management Poor compensation as compared to other companies. Increments are a joke. Don't expect any goodies or anything unless you count getting a mouldy dry fruits box for Diwali. Outdated tech stack with very little to learn technically. No Paternity leave. All tools used are in house developed, they won't add anything to your resume and the skills acquired are basically useless outside the company. No shift allowance in WFH.

      It sounds like you are very frustrated with your experience in the Pune office. ll company salaries are benchmarked against quantified Radford salary data and our wonderful benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, a FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. We also offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation), paid holidays, and floating holidays throughout the year.
