      Company used to be good but ever since the reorg it's been terrible.

      The company culture and work environment used to be good before the reorg.

      Cons

      After the reorg, there is a lot of micromanagement happening and unrealistic expectations across all teams. The generic response will be to speak to my team lead/ HR. They're just here to enforce the rules made by upper management. Changes must come from the top.

We take employee concerns seriously and appreciate that you are troubled, however it is surprising that after working for the company for several years, you don’t feel more comfortable picking up the phone to speak with senior management to better understand their requests. An anonymous posting on Glassdoor is an option to express your dissatisfaction, but please consider reaching out to someone in a senior Sales role to better understand any reorganization or territory shifts.

      Pros

      They are a successful company. They are slowly getting a grip on employee satisfaction, they are expanding in all areas, they aren’t hurting for cash which does help departments

      Cons

      Top heavy- many VPs and Directors, few managers, many low entry level roles (looks a lot like you are trying to save money, even though there is plenty), low pay, upper management is blind to mid management incompetencies, budget isn’t managed, inconsistent management styles, environment is not positive- few benefits for employees, poor/sad work environment, little recognition for accomplishments

      It sounds like you are frustrated with your experience, but without knowing your position of location its difficult to provide adequate feedback. All company salaries are benchmarked against quantified Radford salary data and our wonderful benefits include 100% paid health care premiums for employees, a FSA plan, generous 401k profit sharing, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, vacation condos, great discounts to a variety of places both near and far, and more. We also offer competitive time off (PTO/Vacation), paid holidays, and floating holidays throughout the year and believe in using this time for a positive work-life balance. Yardi values all employees and does not show favoritism. Promotions are based on merit and performance of hardworking employees throughout all of our office locations.       STAY AWAY FROM YARDI!!!!

      Great health insurance and PTO

      Cons

      Poor management, inexperienced team leads, company allows bullying and harassment between employees, will call you out for "swiping in" late 1 day a year but forget about all the other days you were in 15 - 30 minutes early, promotions are based on social status instead of performance
