Pros

Interesting work, business process outsourcing provides opportunities to gain deep domain knowledge and influence change. Organizational development and change presents opportunities for the next couple of months.

Cons

Employees are units of expense not assets. Maniacal focus on driving costs to the bottom at the expense of maintaining domain knowledge or having referable expertise. Organizational transformation being planned ahead of new executive leadership filling roles. Rework of planning is almost a guaranteed certainty.

Pros

Most of the employees are great to work with. Excellent benefits since they are an arm of Xerox. Pay can be okay if you are blowing out your numbers.

Cons

Watch out for management, they are the first to blame someone else for their shortcomings especially those who don't know you or your work ethic. If they don't like you, you'll be out. Interview them to when you start the process. While they claim to be local, everything is done from the top at GIS.

Firstly, thanks for your kind remarks regarding our associates. As an organization, we have worked hard to recruit the right people who know how to support our customers and are always willing to lend a hand to their teammates. Team work is at the center at everything we do here at Integrity One. We also not only welcome, but encourage, inquisitive minds during our interview process. Prospective candidates will have the opportunity to not only meet with our Corporate Recruiter and the position’s hiring manager, but also our Leadership team! Who better to ask pointed questions to, than the company’s President and/or one of our VPs? That’s one of the perks of our company being autonomous and operating here locally. We do get to flex the muscles of GIS and Xerox, being a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fortune 200 giant, however, all hiring decisions, account management, customer service, etc. is done here locally in Indiana or Kentucky. We wish you much luck and success with your future endeavors! We hope you find what you’re looking for.

Pros

Many opportunities for advancement if you want to advance. Advancement can happen as soon as 30 days with the company depending on the account you're working on and is determined by what you put in versus how long you've been there. The benefits are decent, nothing to write home about as they are your basic health, dental, and vision package. You also get 401 after 90 days matched which is nice. Overall I enjoyed my time with Xerox and would work with them again and again. (I worked with them previously as well).

Cons

Sigh....the inbalance sometimes got nerve wrecking. There was a lot of office politics and things would not get done until something went wrong. That was my one big frustration with the company is they were reactionary. I worked on a big name client's account and while on the surface it looked like we had the issues handled and were working to solve any problems, below the surface we were a mess! Miscommunication, missteps, and constant changes to big parts of policy were stressful. I say to anyone that goes to work for Xerox, be prepared for a rocky road with long hours and lots of work. If you like a challenge with a big CAREER advancement pay off then go for it. But if you just want to climb the ranks by putting in time on an easy course, then this isn't for you.
