Pros

*Entry Level I.E Low to no job requirements *Slightly higher pay than minimum wage at $10 an hour. *Work from home.

Cons

*Job is great for those with little bills, but cannot support a family on the 10 an hour with only 40hr work weeks. *Micromanaging every little thing. From time spent between calls, to time spent on calls. Supervisors basicly stating to put quantity above quality. *No room for advancement and no raises(been with them for 2-3 years and have made no advancements despite being ranked in the top 5 advisors multiple times.) *Supervisors typically do not take calls And some have no actual experience with the systems and programs the actual advisors use.

Pros

Great people. Systems well documented

Cons

CEO has no leadership skills. Her predecessor, Anne brought the company back form the brink of bankruptcy and made some tough choices that she was respected for. Salaries and raises lag behind the industry.
