Pros

If you read the first three chapters of any introductory Microsoft Excel book your automatically more efficient than 90% of the entire Xerox workforce and they will worship you for it.

Cons

The combination of wage freezes and a lackluster company that reeks of the 20th century makes working for Xerox kind of miserable. If you aren't contemplating walking into oncoming traffic after working there for a month then congratulations! You are entirely numb to the world around you.

Pros

Still the best Technology....Good people who try.

Cons

Corporate cuts so deep customers are not supported. Reports to management about process inefficiencies fall on deaf ears. No loyalty to employees. You are truly a cog in a machine. Upper management manages from fear and threats for your job. For a company who supposedly embraces Lean Six Sigma we have the worst processes imaginable requiring sales people to spend 80% of their work week in front of the computer and on the phone trying to get pricing approvals and deal reviews approved. I can only compare it to the bureaucracy of the US Government.... All territories are not the same. Unreasonable sales quotas set for territories which cannot support them.
