Upper management manages from fear and threats for your job. For a company who supposedly embraces Lean Six Sigma we have the worst processes imaginable requiring sales people to spend 80% of their work week in front of the computer and on the phone trying to get pricing approvals and deal reviews approved. I can only compare it to the bureaucracy of the US Government.... All territories are not the same. Unreasonable sales quotas set for territories which cannot support them.
