Too many hours required. As a salaried employee I was expected to work at least 2 hours per night at home. Back stabbing by upper management

Upper level Management is clueless and desires to stay that way. Benefits are almost nill and continue to spiral down. I expect that next coming year there will be zero health benefits. We almost don't have any now unless something catastrophic happens because the deductible is so high and everything including Prescriptions are subject to the deductible. The continual decrease in workforce as well as "restructuring" causes what used to be a 40 hr workweek to be an 80 hr workweek and still the job isn't done.
