Pros

You can work for a company where the name is used as both a verb and a noun, which you can't say about a lot of places. (It's also very frowned upon in the branding guidelines, but such is language.)

Cons

Just announced the waste of six years of work by deciding to split the company into chunks, after spending a ton of time and money acquiring ACS and telling the world they were now a services company. This should surprise nobody, as they never felt like an integrated company. Workforce is not interested in new ideas, management doesn't care about quality, and employee morale is non-existent. Company is structured so that it is constantly competing with itself or its partners. Near-constant downsizing has left every employee overworked and underpaid, and you can set your watch by the restructuring charges / layoffs every year.

Pros

I’ve been in sales for 18 years and worked for a top 5 pharmaceutical, a fortune 50 credit card provider and a national copier company. The opportunity to truly have a meaningful impact on people and companies is far greater in this industry than any other I have experienced. Integrity One Technologies was very unique in that they had the most recognizable name and world class systems in this business with Xerox. This coupled with the full spectrum of services/solutions that we offer, ability in our marketplace to make the “right” decisions for our clients without all the red-tape, opportunity for a great income and career advancement locally were all reasons I chose to join this great organization.

Cons

None - it is a very competitive industry, but you separate yourself from the competition by calling at a high level and offering real solutions to companies business challenges.

Pros

I have a flexible schedule and work environment. My day to day is spent with many super-smart people eager to share their knowledge, experience, and guidance.

Cons

Some of the "right" people are in the "wrong" positions. Assignments do not necessarily play to individuals' strengths. In my building, there is a low level of enthusiasm for the company as a whole... a passion for the specifics of what people do, day to day, but a general lack of energy and outlook for the future of the company.
