Pros

OK, it is no accident that MOS has been nominated to the 101 Best & Brightest companies list for the past several years. My managers have been incredibly good at this company, approachable and very interested always in helping me reach my goals. I have learned tons here and continue learning more every day; I believe that this company is truly interested in giving its employees every opportunity to succeed and grow. Additionally, the people here are fantastic, this is one of the only jobs that I have ever had where I can honestly say that my coworkers are truly my friends!

Cons

Everything we do is service-based, so sometimes there are big time crunches and it can get stressful. However, I would like to say that it is not the sort of "ongoing problems that never get resolved" stress that I have experienced before at some other places -- the days go fast and I never feel bored.

Pros

Great co-workers, good work-life balance.

Cons

Constant lay-offs and furloughs, cost savings once completed are never enough. Budget goals are one-size-fits-all regardless of industry or line of business. In 4 years no one received a single raise. Completely reactionary management, did not have a long-term plan or vision. Their only concern was the current quarter's results, presumably so they could receive their quarterly bonus. Staff is looked at as just another commodity expense that is completely replaceable in the lowest cost country. Management does not understand many of the business lines. They think it is all data entry or call center work because that is what they know.

Pros

The pay is okay but for all that we endure we should be compensated a little more that what we are. To come in everyday and get cursed out by customer and possibly loose our job over them taking they anger out on us for them not knowing how to work the product is ridiculous.

Cons

The days off are horrible. I can't work on Sunday for religious purposes but they have me working on Sunday's. When I get sick they don't honestly care.
