Pros

Good Benefits and pay. Most of the people are straight up good folks

Cons

The channel conflicts are everywhere. There are so many divisions of Xerox you run into other divisions on many deals. And guess what...they have better prices and products than you do. Xerox needs to fix their distribution model between direct, agents, resellers, Global Imaging, and anyone else who is selling. Besides that, Xerox is usually the most expensive solution on the market.

Pros

Recognized brand name. Worldwide presence. The company has a ton of opportunity available to it, if it can just muster the courage.

Cons

Risk adverse culture. Poorly managed. The company does not have a strategic director and, as a result, has no growth potential.

Pros

Good benefits, interesting technical challenges, the potential for worldwide impact, good chance for advancement for the right kind of people

Cons

too many years of 'business as usual' management combined with only promoting from within creates a very insular, navel gazing management with no focus on the future
