Pros

If you work as part of xerox's major account direct sales force, the compensation and benefits are good, the Sales training is world renouned

Cons

The hours. You seem to trade your life for a paycheck and don't get much time to spend it. The set the bar very high, about a third or less actually sell their quota

Pros

Flexibility, strong product, if you have a good manager you will love it. Bad managers will have you running fast due to disconnected expectations and metrics from corporate.

Cons

Good old boys network, beaurocracy, no one wants to take responsibility for solving a problem. You will talk to 10 people before someone will help you fix a customer problem.
