      The Brussel's office is a small team, possibility to get more responsibilities than in bigger companies

      Cons

      Very few business opportunities in Belgium, Consultants are sent to Paris or Luxembourg to work. Unattractive salary packages

      - Smart, friendly, and collaborative consultants - Consultants have chances to step up and take pivotal project responsibilities and meet with - Current company strategy makes sense and is being pursued strongly - Managers are good mentors and can be trusted to lead projects well - Compared to other consuilting firms, hours aren't bad - Company is looking to grow significantly

      Cons

      - Review process is somewhat unclear and infrequent (once a year) - Large amount of staff on bench, but more projects are on the horizon - Personal initiative is required to be involved with internal processes or staffed on projects
